Our factory employs standardized production processes, covering every step from component preparation to final shipment. Spanning 10,000 square meters, the factory boasts 200 skilled workers. Each production process strictly adheres to clearly defined operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality and output. We support both OEM/ODM orders and large-volume B2B projects.

Assembly Line

 

Our dedicated assembly lines are designed for efficient and standardized production. Skilled workers meticulously follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete each assembly step, while specialized equipment enhances productivity and consistency. With two production lines, our factory has a monthly capacity of approximately 10,000 units, reliably meeting the demands of both bulk orders and custom projects.

Aging Test

 

Before entering the final inspection stage, products undergo systematic aging and reliability testing to verify their operational stability and identify potential problems early. Our quality team monitors key product functions during testing to ensure that the product meets established performance requirements.

Quality Inspection

 

Quality control is integrated throughout the entire production process, including incoming material inspection, production line inspection, functional testing, aging testing, and final inspection. We have 20 professional quality assurance/quality control inspectors who conduct systematic inspections according to standardized quality procedures.

Packaging Line

 

After passing final quality inspection, the products enter the standardized packaging line. Each product undergoes inspection of its appearance, accessories, labels, and packaging before shipment.
